These Terms cover only your use of the marketing Website. Use of the ListifyOS software platform (the application at app.listifyos.com) is governed by a separate agreement that you accept when you create an account. In the event of any conflict for platform use, that separate agreement prevails.

The Website is intended for businesses and professionals. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that, where you act on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to do so.

When you submit information through the Website (for example, through the contact or demo form), you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through these forms. You grant us the right to use the information you submit to respond to and process your request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Pricing and plan details shown on the Website are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer. Any subscription to, or use of, the platform is subject to the separate platform agreement and the applicable order or quote.

You agree that the competent the courts of Bali, Indonesia will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
